Principle

Hyung’s retail design expertise includes brand identity, conceptual design, fixture development and store planning. Hyung has managed design projects encompassing retail concept, store planning, furniture, and store fixtures for clients such as DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Lily Pulitzer, Narciso Rodriguez, Bloomingdale’s Home, and Ralph Lauren Polo. Hyung has been an integral design lead on many award winning retail projects while at Gensler, ING Direct Cafe, Deegie’s Carma, and Armani Exchange.

Hyung has played a project manager role for various scale and types of projects, from major mall remodeling to office headquarters, since he relocated in Korea. Previous project work includes managing the projects from pre-design through the construction documentation process, overall coordination of the design and implementation through the construction administration phase.
